New online courses offer convenience
of learning for continued education in industry

KENNESAW, Ga. (June 20, 2013) – Seven new real estate courses are now available at the College of Continuing and Professional Education at Kennesaw State University. The College offers Georgia Real Estate Commission-approved pre-license, post-license and continuing education courses. The GREC requires all active licensees to complete at least 24 hours of approved continuing education coursework every four-year renewal period.

The seven new real estate courses are “Green Home Construction,” “Green Home Features,” “Property Valuation: Cost Approach Overview,” “Property Valuation: Income Capitalization Overview,” “RESPA Reform,” “Short Sales and Foreclosures” and “Property Valuation: Sales Comparison Approach.”

The courses can be started at your convenience. With 180 days available for coursework completion, the classes are designed to accommodate the busiest of schedules. Interactive tutorials create a dynamic curriculum presentation.
